Nestra Beach Shala
Nestled right by the sea of Koh Phangan, Nestra Beach Shala is a small, welcoming space created for connection a place to breathe, move, and be together.
Born from the belief that our island community deserves more inclusive and accessible gathering spots, especially free and open to our Thai and Burmese friends, this shala invites everyone to share in something simple and meaningful, side by side.
Mission
To create a free, inclusive space where all voices and bodies are welcome — beginning with yoga, and growing into more.

A united island community where movement, culture, and connection are shared across all languages and backgrounds.
