10H CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATION
This simple and affordable training will give you all the tools you need to confidently facilitate women/sisterhood Circles, Moon Circles, and Cacao Ceremonies.

10H CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATION
This deeply experiential and practical training will give you the tools to understand, regulate and work with the body as a gateway to emotional balance, presence, and resilience. You will learn how to move beyond the mind and start listening to what the body has been communicating all along.
🤍 Learn the foundations of the nervous system and how stress is stored and expressed in the body;
🤍 Understand the connection between sensation, emotion, and behavioral patterns;
🤍 Practice somatic techniques to release tension, down-regulate the system, and restore balance;
🤍 Discover body-based approaches inspired by Chi Nei Tsang, meridian systems, and intuitive touch;
🤍 Integrate somatic tools into your personal practice, facilitation, or therapeutic work.
This training is both science-based and deeply intuitive. It brings together modern neuroscience with ancient body wisdom - not as theory, but as something you can feel and apply immediately.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your place, a deposit of €150 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in person on the first day of the training. As our trainings are intentionally kept small to create an intimate and high-quality learning experience, each reservation significantly impacts the group.
If you need to cancel your participation:
• More than 14 days before the training: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Between 7 and 14 days before the training: Your deposit can be transferred to another Nestra training within the next 12 months.
• Less than 7 days before the training: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Nestra cancels the training for any reason, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their deposit to a future training.
